Vancouver, Canada - Independent video game studio Smoking Gun Interactive announced on Thursday that it has finalized a multi-year, multi-million dollar financing agreement with private investors.

Formed in 2007 by former developers from Relic Entertainment ("Company of Heroes"), Vancouver-based Smoking Gun said it will use the funds to expand its studio and for the development of an as-of-yet undisclosed new property.
