Los Angeles - JS-Kit, a developer of social media widgets that enable features like comments, reviews, ratings and polls on websites, has raised a $3.6 million second round of funding, led by Altos Ventures.

Existing investor TEF3 also participated in the round, which will be used to expand the company's engineering team and business development efforts.

The two-year-old company's partners include Experian, Evite, InfoWorld and jetBlue.
