Los Angeles - Sony Electronics (NYSE: SNE) said on Tuesday that its Digital Cinema Solutions and Services group has signed a deal to equip movie theater owner Muvico Entertainment's existing and new complexes with Sony's 4K digital cinema projection systems. The deal also includes LCD displays in lobby and concession areas; VAIO computers; PlayStation gaming systems; and security cameras. Muvico has 13 locations and a total of 248 screens in the U.S.
