Jamba Reorganizes Following News Corp. Takeover

Beverly Hills, Calif. - News Corporation (NYSE: NWS) on Monday announced a reorganization at Jamba, the mobile content firm it acquired full ownership of from VeriSign last week.

A new organization, Fox Mobile Group, will now manage the company's mobile content distribution, licensing and production activities.

The Jamba and Jamster brands will be part of Fox Mobile Distribution, while Fox Mobile Entertainment will focus on licensing Fox content to third parties for mobile delivery, and Fox Mobile Studios will house the creative and technology talents and assets the develop original mobile content.

Fox Mobile Group will be led by Mauro Montanaro, who was named chief executive officer of Jamba earlier this year.
