Los Angeles - A wireless guitar accessory for Nintendo's Wii console has been recalled after a report that a defective circuit board can cause AA batteries used in the guitar to leak, in turn creating a risk of chemical burns, GamesIndustry.biz reports. Performance Designed Products, makers of the Rage Wireless Guitars, said it has received one report of a burn to a consumer. Consumers are urged to return the guitar accessories to the retailers from where they were purchased for a full refund. PDP estimates about 57,000 units of the device have been sold to date.
