Burbank, Calif. - Point.360, a provider of integrated media management services, announced on Monday that it has acquired Video Box Studios, Inc., a provider of 3D animation, visual effects, motion design and digital finishing services.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Burbank, Calif.-based Point.360 provides content creation, manipulation and distribution processes at six audio and video post production locations around Los Angeles.

The company said it expects Video Box to add about $1.5 million in revenues in the first 12 months.
