Redwood City, Calif. - Video game publisher Electronic Arts (NASD: ERTS) on Thursday announced that its EA Sports publishing label is developing "EA Sports Active," a personal fitness game for Nintendo's Wii console. Set for release in the spring, the game is being developed in collaboration with Oprah's personal trainer Bob Greene, and will compete with Nintendo's own fitness title "Wii Fit."
