Berkshire, England - Casual Collective, a developer of social online games, announced that it has received a $1 million seed investment from Lightspeed Venture Partners.

The founders of U.K.-based Casual Collective created titles including "Desktop Tower Defense" and "Flash Element TD."

The company is currently in development on eight new titles for its free site, which will also allow users to create personal profiles and purchase add-ons for the favorite games.
