Shenzen, China - YETI Group (Easou), a developer of mobile search technology in China, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $12 million in its third round of venture capital financing.

AXA Private Equity and iD TechVentures led the investment round, which will be used to further research and development, marketing and geographic expansion.

Founded in 2005, Easou counts over 300 employees and $14.6 million in annual revenues.
