New York - KickApps, the provider of an on-demand social media, video player and widget platform, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $14 million in its third round of venture capital, led by North Atlantic Capital.
Other investors included Softbank, Spark Capital, Prism Ventures and Jarl Mohn, former CEO of Liberty Digital.
New York-based KickApps currently powers social and media applications on over 48,000 websites in a wide range of industries.
