Burbank, Calif. - Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) Warner Home Video said on Tuesday that its first Blu-ray Disc title to feature BD-Live interactivity will be "The Dark Knight," scheduled for release on Dec. 9. BD-Live will allow users to host their own live community screenings with friends; record and post user-generated commentaries over the film; access additional exclusive film-related features; view trailers for upcoming films; and connect to the WB store.

Is this true?

I have a copy of Wall-E that seems to have quite a few BD-Live features in it... I bought it November 18! Perhaps what they meant to say is that this is Warner Brother's first BD-Live disc.

You are correct

Thanks for the correction, Mark. "The Dark Knight" is in fact Warner's first BD-Live title, not the first BD-Live title ever released.
