Fox Taps Motorola for Transition to All-HD TV Delivery

San Diego - Motorola (NYSE: MOT) announced on Monday that it has been selected by News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) Fox to provide the all of the equipment necessary to enable Fox to transition all its satellite program distribution to 100% high-definition delivery. The migration to Motorola technology, which will be deployed at the company's broadcast network, national cable channels, regional sports networks, Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network, will commence in the first quarter of 2009.
