Florham Park, N.J. - RoundBox, a provider of mobile broadcast software, announced on Monday that it has raised over $20 million in its third round of venture capital funding, led by Montagu Newhall Associates.

Itochu Techno-Solutions Corporation, and previous backers Core Capital Partners, Polaris Venture Partners and RRE Ventures also participated in the round, which will be used to invest in product development and customer delivery.

New Jersey-based RoundBox offers software for mobile and broadcast network operators deploying mobile broadcast services, supporting existing 3G, 4G and emerging broadcast and multicast networks.
