Pixel Fish doesn't pay it;'s bills

They are buying other companies, but neglect to pay their bills. They hired a network of cameraman from around the country to film various commercial shoots for Yellowbook.com and they haven't paid their bills to at least 9 different vendors for 6 months. When contacted they lie and say the check it on it's way. They have used our work on Yellowbook.com but haven't paid for that usage. This company is not be trusted. If they are so great why don't they pay their bills.

Do Not Trust PixelFish

Do Not Trust PixelFish!!!!! We were hired by Pixel Fish video to film an interview for them back in February of 2009 and they have not payed their bill nor will they return our phone calls. Spoke with Michael David several times leading up to the shoot but can not get a hold of him after sending him the footage. PixelFish is a scam!

Pixelfish is a SCAM

I agree with everyone! We did a lot of work for them for YellowBook.com and getting paid by pixelfish is a complete nightmare. Besides the fact that it pays so very little it adds to the insult when you can't get paid for your hard work. This is also giving yellowbook.com a bad name too. GOOD.

Pixelfish absolutely does

Pixelfish absolutely does not pay its independent contractors. They hire videographers to shoot these Yellowbook ads and what not and don't honor their own contract that promises pay within 30 days. The company is a disgrace. Anyone who hires PixelFish should know how this company operates and what a dishonorable organization it is.

PixelFish, Inc. is deceitful and dishonest

I absolutely agree with the previous four comments. It's a runaround with these nefarious characters who make demands on independent contractors, then steal their work by never paying the invoice. Many folks think that a couple of hundred bucks is not worth chasing after, much less going to court over, and I'm sure that's what these PixelFish characters are counting on. In the information age, this type of behavior will soon catch up to them. To anyone who cares, AVOID PIXELFISH, INC. and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I can tell you from personal experience that they tell big fat lies. PixelFish Stinks!

Pixelfish Video Marketing is a scam!

Do not do business with Pixelfish. As of today (November 20, 2009), I have not received payment for my work dated back to October of 2008. OVER 1 YEAR, and I still have not gotten paid. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm filing a class action lawsuit against Pixelfish with the County of Los Angeles. If you would like to file with me, please contact me. Mike Brown mike@mikebrownmedia.com You can also help by clicking the link to pixelfish's website from the following complaint website: www.pixelfish.info/pixelfish This will show web traffic to their website from the our complaints. Maybe their marketing team will get the hint. If anything, it'll give the Googlebots something to do...

Re: Pixelfish- Be Aware

Same story for our company with being promised payment and not receiving payment 3-6 months after we've completed the work. I have talked to & emailed The CEO and accountant on numerous occasions regarding payment. Although they promise we'll be paid by a certain date & don't we do get paid eventually. This last & final payment due to us is going on 6 months now. I think the reason we've been paid periodically is because of the constant emails I've sent. I would start contacting the the CEO & accountant if you haven't already done so to get them to disburse your payment to you. 1-John McIntyre CEO jmcintyre@pixelfish.com P 310.212.3200 x7101 PixelFish, Inc. 438 Amapola Ave, Suite 215 Torrance, CA 90501 P 310.212.3200 x7101 F 310.212.3201 2-Cheryl Aken Operations Manager caken@pixelfish.com PixelFish, Inc. 438 Amapola Ave, Ste 215 Torrance, CA 90501 P 310.212.3200 x 7112 F 310.212.3201 Be persistant. It does pay off.

I can verify these people

I can verify these people are scam artists...they do not pay their videographers. I did a shoot for their Yellowbook ads and they haven't even replied, although they requested a W9 form still!!! These people are FRAUDS!!!!!
