Waltham,
Mass. - ClickSquared, a developer
of interactive marketing services, has raised $11 million in its second round
of venture capital, which was led by JMI Equity, ABS Ventures and Flybridge.
ClickSquared also said that it has promoted long-time COO Wayne Townsend to the
role of CEO, replacing Andrew Frawley.
The Waltham, Mass.-based company
develops acquisition, growth and loyalty programs aimed at building brands.
Clients include Ararmark, the Boston Celtics, Dr. Pepper/7-Up, Greyhound and
Sirius XM.
