Tel Aviv, Israel - SundaySky, a provider of digital video generation services, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $8 million in first round financing from Carmel Ventures and Globespan Capital Partners.

Founded in 2006, Israel-based SundaySky provides real-time, personalized and automatic generation of video for e-commerce, social networks, news and entertainment websites.

The company will use the funds to expand its marketing, sales and business development efforts in the U.S., while also continuing to develop its product line.
