Emeryville, Calif. - Fliqz, a provider of online video technology, said that it has raised $6 million in its third round of funding, led by Triangle Peak Partners.

Previous investor Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV) also participated.

The Emeryville, Calif.-based company, which has more than 35,000 online video publishers using its platform, said that it will use the funds for product development and international expansion, as well as to grow its sales organization.

The Fliqz platform includes tools that allow users to capture, manage and monetize video assets.

The company currently maintains a customer network of more than 18,000 sites.
