San Bruno, Calif. - Google's YouTube is close to finalizing a deal with Sony Music that would allow users to incorporate music from Sony artists into their videos, CNET News.com reported, citing sources close to the situation. The deal would come in the midst of an ongoing licensing dispute between fellow major label Warner Music and YouTube, which has seen videos utilizing previously authorized Warner songs removed from the site recently.
