Los Gatos, Calif. - Commercials aired during Super Bowl XLIII have been watched online more than 28 million times since Sunday, with one ad banned from broadcast making the top 20 most popular list, according to a new report from BayTSP.

As of Wednesday morning, the trailer for "Transformers 2" held the top spot with more than 3.6 million views and 721 copies uploaded to video hosting sites.

The trailer for "G.I. Joe" moved up to second place with more than 1.6 million views and 279 copies posted online.

"Based on viewership rates, it appears that people waited until they got to work on Monday to start watching a lot of the commercials," said Mark Ishikawa, the CEO of BayTSP.

"Our analysis shows that the Super Bowl remains a reliable outlet for getting a TV commercial to go viral."
