Milpitas, Calif. - SanDisk said on Tuesday that it plans to
begin mass producing flash memory chips with up to 64GB capacity, CNET News.com
reported. Currently, SanDisk's memory cards are available in 16GB or 32GB
capacities. The new 64B cards are expected to ship in the first half of 2009.
