Los Angeles - A bill drafted by disbarred Florida attorney Jack Thompson, that would make retailers who sell M-rated video games to minors punishable under the state's truth in advertising statute, has been introduced into the Utah legislature, GamePolitics reported. The bill would also apply to those who facilitate minors' purchases of R-rated DVDs and admission to R-rated movies.
