Flo Rida's "Right Round" Sets First Week Digital Sales Record

New York - Hip-hop artist Flo Rida's single "Right Round" has broken the weekly digital download sales record with 636,000 units sold, Billboard reports. The artist also set the previous record with "Low" back in January 2008 (467,000 units). "Right Round" also topped recent first week digital sales recordbreaker "Crack a Bottle" (418,000) from Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent.

Digital is no longer the "under dog" of the marketing world, campaigns and strategies are now built around digital media with digital media becoming the centre piece of any activity, so a digital agency really needs to work at that strategic level with their clients.
