Fla. - M3X Media, a developer of
multimedia distribution, storage and playback software, announced on Wednesday
that it has raised $10.5 million in new funding, from investors including the
Agile Opportunity Fund.
Florida-based M3X's GruvMe service, currently in beta, "is a new technology platform that brings together all the popular forms of digital entertainment, downloadable music, music videos, interactive games as well as a multi-faceted social networking capability." The software is compatible on both Mac and PC, as well as mobile phones, MP3 players and video game consoles.
