San Francisco
- A fifteen-year-old programmer has released Muziic, a free application that
allows users to stream and create playlists from the massive quantity of songs
available from Google's (NASD: GOOG) YouTube. While a YouTube spokesperson told CNET that
Muziic "appears [to] violate our API terms of use," similar services
like Songza and SeeqPod have not been targeted, although the latter is
currently being sued by EMI and Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG) for copyright infringement.
