Los Angeles
- Matchmaking website eHarmony on Tuesday launched CompatiblePartners.net, a
separate gay matchmaking site the company was ordered to create as part of the
settlement of a discrimination lawsuit filed by the New Jersey Attorney
General, the Los Angeles Times reported. The company's flagship eHarmony site
had a policy of rejecting submissions from gay singles. As part of the
settlement, the company must make a "good-faith commitment" to
promoting Compatible Partners.
