Report: Radiohead May Testify at Accused File-Swapper's TrialAuthored by Mark Hefflinger on April 6, 2009 - 10:48am.
Boston - Members of the band
Radiohead may be among those testifying at the trial of an accused
file-swapper being defended by a Harvard
Law School
professor and his students, TorrentFreak reported.
The band is part of the Featured Artists Coalition, a lobbying group set up by big-name artists to gain more control over their works. "We met with Radiohead's manager two weeks ago here at Harvard Law School," a member of the legal team defending accused file-swapper Joel Tenenbaum told TorrentFreak. "Professor Nesson walked away with the impression that their manager agreed to do so."
