San Francisco - The YouTube (NASD: GOOG) video of 48-year-old Susan Boyle surprising the audience on "Britain's Got Talent" with her rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" already has 100 million views in nine days, and could become the most-watched in the site's history -- but has not yet been monetized with ads, Wired.com reported.

The article estimates that the video of Boyle's performance could have already generated at least $500,000 for Sony BMG and Fremantle, which own the rights to the talent search show and have revenue-sharing agreements with YouTube.

The current all-time most popular video on YouTube is Avril Lavigne's music video for the song "Girlfriend," with 118 million views.

The video is from Boyle's first-round performance on "Britain's Got Talent"; if she goes on to take first place, she would win $200,000 and a prospective recording contract with host Simon Cowell.
