Seattle - Big Fish Games, a
developer and publisher of online casual games, has acquired Vancouver, B.C.-based development studio
Grubby Games.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Seattle-based Big Fish acquired Grubby fresh off of an $83 million round of financing in September. The company works with more than 500 game developers and distributes over 1 million games per day to consumers. The deal will see Grubby become a part of Big Fish's Vancouver office.
