- Viacom's (NYSE: VIA) MTV Games announced on Tuesday that industry veterans Him Veevaert
and Jay Cohen have been named to head Jerry Bruckheimer Games, the studio joint
venture with movie producer Jerry Bruckheimer announced in December 2007. Veevaert
comes from Microsoft, where he oversaw Xbox 360 franchises like
"Halo" and "Gears of War," while Cohen spent the past
decade at Ubisoft, working to launch titles like "Prince of Persia"
and the Tom Clancy franchise.
