Ask.com CEO Jim Safka to Step Down

New York - IAC (NASD: IACI), the stable of Internet businesses owned by Barry Diller, said on Tuesday that the CEO of search engine Ask.com, Jim Safka, is stepping down for personal reasons.

Safka joined the company in January 2008.

Current Ask president Scott Garell will assume Safka's duties, but his title will now be president of Ask Networks.
