- Streamezzo, the provider of an open mobile applications development platform,
announced on Wednesday that it has raised $5.4 million a new investment round
led by Innovacom.
Previous investors Sofinnova Partners, Sofinnova Ventures, Qualcomm, NTEC and GET Valorisation also participated. Paris-based Streamezzo offers a platform it says provides for easy development of rich applications for Android, BlackBerry, Brew, iPhone, Java, Linux, Symbian and Windows Mobile platforms. The company will use the funds to expand its international sales and marketing efforts, product development, and to consolidate its presence in China.
