CD Baby to Add Ability to Sell Single Track Downloads

Portland, Ore. - CD Baby, a provider of CD and digital album distribution for independent artists, plans to begin offering the ability to sell single song downloads from its website, Hypebot reports. "Just like with full album pricing, you'll be able to charge whatever you want for individual song downloads (and each track can be priced differently)," including offering tracks for free, the company said on its blog.
