Idol's Kris Allen, Adam Lambert Dominating iTunes Charts

Los Angeles - Record label 19 Recordings, which handles the release of performances from Fox's "American Idol," said on Friday that winner Kris Allen and runner-up Adam Lambert control 26 of the top 100 tracks on iTunes (NASD: AAPL) sales charts this week. Allen holds three spots in the top ten, including No. 2 ("No Boundaries"), while Lambert's "Mad World" is No. 7. The duo also controls 29 of the top 100 music videos on iTunes. The label noted that other Idol performers' songs are still charting on iTunes, including David Cook, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, Danny Gokey, Jordin Sparks and Kellie Pickler.
