Dulles, Va. - For the second straight year, Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) AOL heads MSN Money's "Customer Service Hall of Shame" survey, which annually ranks companies based on the experiences of their customers.

All told, 44.8% of those polled rated AOL's customer service as "poor," with just 8.8% rating it "excellent."

Comcast (NASD: CMCSA) (41.3% "poor") ranked second, followed by Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S) (40.5%).

Among tech companies with the most positive results were Amazon.com (NASD: AMZN) (86.3% "good" or "excellent"), Netflix (NASD: NFLX) (79.6%), Apple (NASD: AAPL) (78.8%) and Google (NASD: GOOG) (78.7%).

The rankings included 145 companies in 15 industries.

More than 3,000 respondents took part, rating "knowledgeable staff" as far and away the most important factor in their decisions.
