Los Angeles - The Associated Press has announced plans to begin syndicating articles published by non-profit watchdog and investigative journalism sources for free to its 1,500 member newspapers. The six-month pilot project, which kicks off July 1, will initially provide broader distribution to articles published by the Center for Investigative Reporting, the Center for Public Integrity, the Investigative Reporting Workshop and ProPublica.
