- Microsoft (NASD: MSFT) has hired Morgan Stanley to help it sell off Razorfish, the digital
ad agency it acquired as part of a $6 billion deal back in 2007, the Financial
Times reported.
French marketing firm Publicis Groupe has been rumored to be a potential bidder. Seattle-based Razorfish counts around 2,000 employees. The company was valued by one analyst polled by FT at $600-$700 million, based on $400 million in reported sales last year.
