Teen Hacker Releases Jailbreaking Programs for iPhone 3G S

New York - Teenage hacker George Hotz, 19, claims to have created an application that can “jailbreak” the iPhone 3G S, thus install third-party software, even if that software is not approved by Apple. Jailbraking is different fron unlocking, which makes it possible to make phone calls on non-AT&T networks. Hotz becam known in 2007 when, at the age of 17, he became the first hacker to jailbreak the iPhone.
