London - NetPlay TV, a provider of interactive TV gambling technology, announced on Thursday that it has raised $21 million through a private placement of its shares.

Additionally, the London-based company said it has partnered with Playtech, the online gaming software developer, which will distribute its "live" interactive games on the Playtech network.

NetPlay TV's titles include Live Rouletter, Live Blackjack and Live Bingo.

The company said the new funds will strengthen its balance sheet and provide capital for future growth.

Really would it be a playtech?

Hey, that's an amazing news provided that those games have the same quality as the Playtech games in online casinos. Sadly, Playtech abandoned the US market, but I can recall that its blackjack quality and games variety was outstanding.
