Sony Redbox direct deal

at $1.00 rentals, neither Sony nor Redbox makes money. the goal here must be a future digital download deal, and to reduce the used dvd copies that hurt Sony's sell thru biz, and to eliminate the distributors who currently sell to Redbox !
