New York
- Major League Baseball has expanded the features of its At Bat 2009 iPhone (NASD: AAPL)
application, so that now subscribers to its MLB.TV service can stream live
video of every out-of-market game on their smartphones over a Wi-Fi connection,
or from their computers. The video streams may also be paused and rewound by
viewers. The $9.99 application will continue to provide live video streaming of
one game a day to non-MLB.TV subscribers, and live audio of all games without blackout
restrictions.
