Mountain View, Calif. - Ustream, a provider of live Web video streaming services, has raised $2 million in new funding from existing backers including Doll Capital Management, Contentinople reported, citing a regulatory filing.

"Ustream is excited by the sign of confidence as well as the additional resources to accelerate toward our current trajectory," a company spokesperson told Contentinople.

Mountain View, Calif.-based Ustream offers a live webcasting service to ordinary users with webcams, but also serves corporate clients like CBS, which utilized Ustream to deliver its live webcast of the Michael Jackson memorial service.
