San Jose,
Calif. - Immersion, a developer
of touch-feedback technology used in video game controllers and other consumer
electronics, said that it has received notice from the Nasdaq that it violated
a marketplace rule by failing to file its quarterly report on time for the
period ended June 30. The company now has until Oct. 13 to submit a plan to
regain compliance.
