Calif. - The third iteration of
Facebook's application for Apple's (NASD: AAPL) iPhone was launched late last week, and
offers a major upgrade that implements previously missing features like Events.
Users will also now see a grid that allows them to bookmark individual profiles
or pages. CNET postulates that Facebook could create new API's that would allow
Facebook application developers to beef up their apps within the new Facebook
iPhone app.
