Pandora on Wednesday debuted a new video marketing platform, which aims to
recommend upcoming entertainment to users based on their interests and
demographics.
Initial advertisers on the platform include NBC (NYSE: GE) and Electronic Arts (NASD: ERTS). Advertisers can post a 30-second trailer that links to a longer trailer, and links to a branded radio station with relevant music selections. Pandora said it will provide advertisers with data on the number of users adding radio stations, and how many watch the 30-second and extended trailers.
