Global Gaming Factory Seeks BPI Director for Board

Stockholm, Sweden - Prospective Pirate Bay buyer Global Gaming Factory has announced a general meeting at which it intends to elect new board members, one of which is a council member at U.K. record label trade group BPI, TorrentFreak reports. Among those suggested for seats vacated in recent months are Harry Maloney, formerly chairman of Apex Entertainment Group, a director of BMG Records, and a council member at BPI; and Goran Andersson, VP of content at Catch Media, which he co-owns with Maloney.
