Milpitas,
Calif. - Vuclip, a provider of
mobile video search and delivery services, announced on Tuesday that it has
raised $6 million in its second round of funding, led by Jafco Ventures.
Previous backer New Enterprise Associates also participated.
Milpitas,
Calif.-based Vuclip's cloud-based, real-time transcoding service delivers over
1 million mobile videos daily, and is compatible with more than 3,000 handsets.
The company also offers a white-label mobile video service for publishers and
content owners.
