Los Angeles - AT&T (NYSE: T) has
activated multimedia messaging (MMS) for Apple (NASD: AAPL) iPhone owners in the U.S. The
service has been available since June for iPhone owners in other countries. U.S.
subscribers received a text message notifying them of the new feature, which is
commonplace on other smartphones.
