Binbit Acquires Southeast Asian Mobile Content Firm Acme

Singapore - Binbit, a Latin American mobile entertainment distributor, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Acme Mobile, a mobile entertainment firm in Southeast Asia.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal will see Mexico-based Binbit offer its mobile content via Acme's distribution network. Binbit now claims operations in 26 countries.
