- Ad-supported streaming music service Spotify on Thursday announced a new
offline mode, which will allow paying premium subscribers to sync playlists to
their computers for offline play. The feature will allow users to store up to
3,333 tracks on their computers at a time. Separately, the company said it
added PayPal as a payment option for Spotify Premium, which costs about $15.94
per month, or $191 annually.
