Video-Sharing Service Motionbox Acquires Viddyou

New York - Motionbox, a personal video-sharing service, has acquired Viddyou, another personal video service.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New York-based Motionbox offers full HD video capabilities, including online video editing tools and video storage.

The company powers video storage for partners including AOL Video, Shutterfly and Bebo, and also offers "hard-good" products that enable consumers to watch their videos beyond devices and computers.
